Official Contest Rules

No purchase necessary to enter to win.

  1. Eligibility

The 10th Anniversary contest is open to all US residents who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Tapestry House and its vendors, as well as immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.

 

  1. Sponsor

This contest is sponsored by Tapestry House, located at 3212 North Overland Trail, Laporte, Colorado 80535. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook.

 

3.     Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in this contest constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a price is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

 

4.     Contest Period

The contest begins on May 30, 2014 at 9:00AM MST and ends on December 5, 2014 at 5:00PM MST. Entries that are submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Contest using any of the following methods: Facebook comment submissions on Tapestry House’s status updates.

 

5.     How to Enter

Via Facebook: This method of entry will be available for the entire Contest Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person per trivia question for the duration of the contest. Limit one (1) winner per contest period, per household. Any entries received in excess of this will be void.

 

6.     Prize Drawing

Once the correct answer has been posted on the respective Facebook status, Tapestry House has 24 hours to notify the winner via a Facebook message. If the winner does not respond within 24 hour of notification, the winner foregoes said prize. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries per each trivia question.
